Directions

From Conroe
Travel west on Highway 105 about 6 miles. Grace Lutheran Church will be on your left a half mile past the San Jacinto River.

From Montgomery
Travel east on Highway 105. Grace Lutheran Church will be on your right about four miles past April Sound.

From The Woodlands, Spring, Houston
Travel north on Interstate 45. When you reach Conroe (just past the Woodlands) exit on Highway 105 West and turn left. Proceed about 6 miles. Grace Lutheran Church will be on your left, a half mile past the San Jacinto River.
